On March 1, 2018, Bindle launched its first AB-test in the mobile app. They were testing a new longer onboarding flow which had additional screens featuring app’s content and features.
The idea of the AB-test came from a low activation rate. Bindle team thought that if they can explain the product during the onboarding then more people will start reading books and, eventually, become customers.
