The biggest metric for marketing is ROI, no doubt. We need to know if we’re earning or losing money at each point of time ✅

One other number that could help plan our future earnings is total number of customers. Bindle is a subscription service, it means all current customers will be charged on the monthly or yearly basis. Of course there’s some churn, but growing a customer base is one of the biggest goals for a subscription based company.
